ZhenHua Oil has established a technology innovation team, with international experience, strong expertise, and optimized structure. Zhenhua Oil processes multiple capabilities for geology & reservoir researches, oilfield development plan compilation, key technology study, comprehensive oilfield support, and fast M&A assessment, firmly supporting the productions of oil and gas fields and the M&A activities of Zhenhua Oil. The expert team of Research Institute includes two academicians, one winner of the First Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award. Meanwhile, four technical experts were selected into the independent projects review expert pool of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, and one senior specialist has been selected as a secondee employee in the Technical Center of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company.
